Theory and Hazard Perception Test

The theory test involves 50 multiple choice questions. You are required to correctly answer at least 43 questions in the allotted 57 minutes.

The hazard perception test consists of 14 video clips where you must identify developing hazards using your computer mouse. You score up to 5 points per hazard and the pass mark is 44 out of 75. You must pass the questions and hazard perception together in order to successfully pass the theory test.

Practical Driving Test

Your driving test lasts for approximately 40 minutes. It begins with an eyesight test, followed by two vehicle safety checks. The route will include a wide variety of roads, one reversing manoeuvre and one in three tests will include an emergency stop.

Candidates must not exceed 15 driving faults in order to successfully pass their driving test.

At Elite School of Motoring I will ensure that you are not only fully prepared for the driving test but also for many years of safe and confident motoring.
